UEFA: commercial rights to club competitions (2024-2027) awarded to TEAM Marketing and Relevent

The marketing of the global rights (media and sponsorship/marketing) to UEFA men's club competitions (Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League, Super Cup and Youth League) for the 2024-2027 cycle, has been awarded to the Swiss agency TEAM Marketing, announced the European body on 07/02/2022. Relevent Sports Group, an American media company and sports events promoter, has been awarded the media rights for the US market.

TEAM Marketing has been marketing the media rights to the Champions League since its inception in 1992. Since then, the Swiss agency has been in charge of all commercial rights for the competition.

Relevent, which organises the International Champions Cup (international pre-season tournament), has reportedly committed more than $250m (€218m) a year to market the media rights in the USA, according to the New York Times.
