Middle East-North Africa: beIN Sports acquires exclusive TV rights for 2014-15 Bundesliga

The Qatari pay-TV group beIN Media Group has acquired the exclusive TV rights for the 2014-15 Bundesliga season in the Middle East and North Africa, the company announced on 22/08/2014.

The sub-license agreement was acquired from the pay-TV group Dubai Sports, which owns the rights for the 2012-15 period.

"This is a great opportunity to continue engaging soccer fans after the success of Germany during the World Cup in Brazil,” said Yousef Al-Obaidly, the deputy CEO of beIN Media Group."

beIN Media Group owns the broadcasting rights of the Bundesliga, for the 2012-15 period, in France, North Africa and Middle East (see the list of countries below), in the Philippines and in Indonesia.

The 16 countries that broadcast beIN Sports in the Middle East and in North Africa:
