Covid-19/stadiums: capacity limits lifted in 12 European countries since 09/02/2022

France and England, as well as Austria, Denmark, Scotland, Israel, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey, are the 12 countries in the UEFA zone that no longer apply any access restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, according to a survey carried out by European Leagues on 09/02/2022 (document available to download).

No country in Europe has a closed-door policy as of this date. The pandemic-related access restrictions in European stadiums are listed, country by country, in the document published by European Leagues.

"All Member Leagues across Europe are currently working and discussing with the respective health authorities towards an improvement of access to spectators," said European Leagues, which added that the document will be updated based on information provided by its members.
