3^rd edition of international conference on major sports events to be held in Paris on 03/10/2014

The third edition of the Rencontres Internationales Grands Événements Sportifs (International Meetings on Major Sports Events) will be held in Paris (FRA) on 03/10/2014. Themes include how to seize opportunities that come out of major international sports events and how to prepare and adapt development strategies for the host countries' markets.

The conference is organised by UBIFRANCE, the French Agency for International Business Development.

The event will include workshops, lectures on business opportunities (especially for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; the 2018 World Cup in Russia; and the 2022 World Cup in Qatar), feedback on experiences with the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, and B2B meetings with individual experts from UBIFRANCE.
