2021-22 Serie A TIM: attendance for Matchday 26 (18,051 spectators on average per game)

Matchday 26 of the 2021-22 Serie A TIM season drew an average attendance of 18,051 spectators per game from Friday 18 to Monday 21/02/2022. The average fill rate was 46.4%.

Following the publication of a new decree relaxing the sanitary measures against Covid-19 in Italy in the Gazzetta Ufficiale on 18/02/2022, each stadium has once again been authorised - as was the case between Matchdays 8 and 19 - to welcome spectators for up to 75% of their capacity (compared to 50% since Matchday 24). Despite the very short timeframe for implementing this new cap, some clubs have managed to apply it as early as Matchday 26, notably Cagliari Calcio, who hosted SSC Napoli at the Unipol Domus (16,233 capacity) in front of 12,063 spectators, a 74.3% stadium fill rate. The Italian government is currently studying the possibility of returning stadiums to full capacity in March.
