Eleven: Peter Hutton appointed as non-executive director and will retain his functions at Meta

Peter Hutton, director of global sports partnerships at Meta (parent company of the social networks Facebook and Instagram and instant messaging platforms Whatsapp and Messenger) has been appointed as non-executive director of Eleven, according to the UK-based audiovisual group, on 24/02/2022. The former CEO of Eurosport will also retain his functions at Meta.

"Hutton's new advisory position will see him work closely with Eleven's founders - executive chairman Andrea Radrizzani and CEO Marc Watson - and the rest of the Eleven leadership team, to support the group's continued growth," said the company.

"Peter is a highly respected and experienced sports media executive. The strategic insight that he will bring to Eleven will be invaluable as we work to continue expanding our offering to fans and partners around the world. We are delighted to have him on board," said Marc Watson, CEO of Eleven.
