Serie A: AS Roma launch new version of their TV channel on satellite TV platform Sky Italia

AS Roma (Serie A) launched Roma TV, the Roman club's new channel, on 29/08/2014 at 19:27 CET. It will replace the Roma Channel, created in 2005.

"There’s a new name and logo for the channel, which has reinvented itself with a more modern, engaging image and exclusive, innovative features to freshen up its content," said the Roman club on 28/08/2014.

Roma TV is available in HD (High Definition) on the satellite TV platform Sky Italia for free for the subscribers of the Sports or Calcio offers of the Italian pay-TV group through 31/12/2014 (provided that they subscribe to the channel by 30/09/2014). The commercial terms after this date have not yet been specified, neither by AS Roma nor by Sky Italia.

This new channel will broadcast each day live, from 9:00 to 13:00 CET, videos of Roma Radio's programmes, AS Roma's radio venture launched on 25/08/2014. It will also offer news programmes, analyses, reports on the club and its players, talk shows and interactive programmes via the club's social network.
