Serie A TIM: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (March 2022)

The 20 clubs competing in the 2021-22 Serie A TIM season total nearly 234 million fans on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 01/03/2022. The Serie A TIM is the third most followed European Top 5 league on these three social networks combined, behind the Premier League (630 million fans) and LaLiga Santander (575 million), with an average of 11.7 million fans per club.

With more than 106 million fans across the three social networks, Juventus FC are the most popular Italian club ahead of AC Milan (45 million) and 2020-21 Italian champions, FC Inter Milan (39.2 million).

Juventus posted the best growth in absolute value during the month of February 2022 with a total of 348,601 additional followers, nearly all of which were on Instagram alone.

Promoted side US Salernitana 1919 posted the best percentage growth among the Serie A TIM clubs on Twitter (+10.1%), Instagram (+8.1%) and Facebook (+1.4%).
