War in Ukraine/FFT: launch of "French Tennis for Ukraine and Peace" (solidarity programme)

The French Tennis Federation, "mobilised to support Ukraine and Ukrainian tennis players" has launched "French Tennis for Ukraine and Peace" (TFUP) a solidarity programme, with tennis player Nicolas Mahut as ambassador, announced the FFT on 05/03/2022. The programme will "mobilise the entire French tennis family, will be long-term and complement the initiative which is being structured in parallel at the level of international tennis bodies."

"This programme is based on two initial actions:
• A call for donations from the entire French tennis family for the benefit of the Ukrainian population, in collaboration with UNICEF. The FFT itself will directly contribute to this fund, which can be identified on a dedicated page on the UNICEF France website, which is already active and will show in real time the funds raised and the number of contributors mobilised.
