Tennis: Emma Raducanu (ENG) becomes an ambassador for Vodafone (telecoms), partner of Wimbledon

Emma Raducanu has become an ambassador for Vodafone UK, the British subsidiary of telecommunications group Vodafone, on 08/03/2022. "I'll be working as their ambassador for Play Your Way to Wimbledon. Throughout this tournament, we'll work with Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) and Wimbledon to help inspire future tennis stars," said the British tennis player via Instagram.

The addition of the 2021 US Open winner to the Vodafone UK portfolio follows the signing of a "multi-year partnership" by the UK subsidiary as the "official connectivity partner" of the Wimbledon Grand Slam tournament and the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club (AELTC), its organising body, on 17/01/2022. Former British tennis players Tim Henman and Laura Robson are also supporting the partnership "to inspire the next generation of players."
