Lorenzo Casini was elected president of Lega Serie A with 11 votes out of 20 (55%, the minimum required) at the Italian professional football league's fourth elective general assembly held at its headquarters in Milan (ITA) on 11/03/2022.

In the ballot, were eight blank votes (40%) and one in favour of Paolo Dal Pino, who prompted the election...
