Tennis: Renault succeeds Peugeot as a premium partner of Roland-Garros from 2022

Renault will succeed Peugeot as a partner of Roland-Garros and "will provide a fleet of mainly electrified transport vehicles," announced Amélie Mauresmo, director of Roland-Garros (FFT), on 16/03/2022. The 2022 edition of the French Grand Slam tournament will be held at Porte d'Auteuil in Paris from 22/05 to 06/05/2022.

Renault will replace its fellow French car manufacturer that belongs to the PSA Group - which has been part of the Stellantis Group since 16/01/2021 - as a premium partner (second level) of Roland-Garros from the 2022 edition.

Peugeot has been a partner of Roland-Garros for 38 years, since 1984. The French car manufacturer has been producing Roland-Garros branded car models since 1989.

• Renault is also a partner of the FFR French Tennis Federation until 2023.
  
  • The car manufacturer is no longer a partner of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats French Tennis Federation ) since the end of the 2020-21 season (€6m per year over the 2018-2021 cycle).
