2021-22 Champions League: Chelsea - Real Madrid and Manchester City - Atlético in the quarter-finals

Chelsea FC (Premier League), the reigning European champions, will face Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander), the most successful club in the competition (13 wins), in the quarter-finals of the 2021-22 Champions League, which will be held on Tuesday 04 and Wednesday 05 (first legs), then on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13/04/2022 (second legs), following the draw at UEFA headquarters in Nyon (SUI) on Friday 18/03/2022. 

The four quarter-final matches, each of which will kick off at 21:00 CET, are as follows:
• Match 1: Chelsea FC (Premier League) - Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander)
• Match 2: Manchester City FC (Premier League) - Club Atlético de Madrid (LaLiga Santander)
• Match 3: Villarreal CF (LaLiga Santander) - FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga)
• Match 4: SL Benfica (Liga Portugal Bwin) - Liverpool FC (Premier League)

The winner of Match 1 will take on the winner of Match 2 in the semi-finals of the competition, which will also see the winners of Matches 3 and 4 face each other (see below). The final will take place at the Stade de France (Paris, FRA) on Saturday 28/05/2022.
