LaLiga/Spain: 2.115 million viewers for Real Madrid - FC Barcelona on Movistar (audience share: 13%)

Real Madrid CF - FC Barcelona (0-4), on Matchday 29 of the 2021-22 LaLiga Santander season, drew an average of 2.115 million viewers on the Spanish pay-TV channels Movistar LaLiga (Telefonica group), on Sunday 20/03/2022 (kick-off at 21:00 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Kantar. This figure represented a cumulative audience share of 13 % for the three Movistar channels broadcasting the match.

This is the best audience since the start of the 2021-22 LaLiga Santander season.

The first leg (1-2 for Real on Matchday 10) drew an average of 1.63 million viewers on the Movistar LaLiga channels, on Sunday 24/10/2021 (kick-off at 16:15 CET). Audience share: 14,4 % (Kantar).

Last season, the best audience was also recorded during the return leg between the two teams in Madrid (2-1 for Real on Matchday 30) with an average of 2.18 million viewers on the Movistar LaLiga channels on Saturday 10/04/2021 (kick-off at 21:00 CET). Audience share: 13.9% (Kantar).
