2021-22 Women's Champions League: 14 million views on YouTube before the quarter-finals

DAZN's YouTube channel dedicated to the UEFA Women's Champions League has accumulated over 14 million views during the 2021-22 group stage, "in addition to millions of streams" on DAZN, announced the OTT sports platform on 21/03/2022, the day before the quarter-finals of the competition.

Of the 14 million views, more than one million came from France, the leading country ahead of the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, the United States and Italy. "Finally, our fans, friends, and family have all been able to follow the entire competition, no matter where they live, all season long. That’s been game-changing and it’s fantastic to see the numbers going up and viewership grow. It’s especially cool to see that France, the country I live in, saw the most fans tune in out of anywhere else during the group stage," said Norwegian player Ada Hegerberg (Olympique Lyonnais, D1 Arkema), international ambassador of DAZN.
