"The best academies have very clear ideas of their identity, their philosophy, with everything clarified, not only concerning the academy but across the whole club. Then they manage to transfer their philosophy to the pitch, to the staff and to the all employees within the club. All humans, working processes, methodologies, strategic goals, stakeholders and communication is aligned with single idea representing what they feel they club is all about," said Slaven Marasović, expert in charge of sport and football operations within the Swiss agency LTT Sports, to News Tank Football, on 15/03/2022.

The European Club Association, in collaboration with LTT Sports, published the "12 Quality Areas Youth Football Report", the ECA's "essential guide for the development of youth academies," announced the body on 14/03/2022. In addition to Slaven Marasović, this report is the work of Pouya Yaghoubinia, ECA football development analyst, as well as Adam Metelski and Konstantin Kornakov, in charge of knowledge & data and structure & football operations respectively for LTT Sports.
