"Digitalisation is good, but we need to refocus on the target rather than on the digital medium. In rugby, the public is a little less young than in football, a little more resistant to change. On the other hand, it's an audience that stays longer at the stadium, that consumes. We have therefore used digital technology to improve the experience and the entertainment around the refreshment stands (at the Matmut Stadium in Gerland, Lyon, FRA).
