"We treat our esports players in the same way as our professional footballers, whether in terms of nutrition, preparation, psychological support, emotional management, or career management," said Simon Rémoussin, head of esports at AS Monaco FC, at Sport UnlimiTECH Nice on 24/03/2022.

Simon Rémoussin took part in the second stage of the Sport UnlimiTECH tour (a B2B event dedicated to Sportech, the sports and innovation sector) at the Allianz Riviera in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes, FRA) on Thursday 24 and Friday 25/03/2022. He spoke at the workshop "How to bring sport and esports together" with Sébastien Vandame, director of partnerships at the LFP, Sandra Niellini, CEO & Co-founder of MCES (esports club), and Hervé Liberman, president of the CROS (Regional Olympic and Sports Committee) of the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region, on 24/03/2022.

"The actors of sport must not ignore esports and above all, they must not fight it, because it is a battle already lost. Sports structures must be adapted to the practice of esports, otherwise we will lose a lot of young members," said Hervé Liberman.
