FIFA: Michel Garcia delivers report on inquiry on Russia 2018-Qatar 2022 to Adjudicatory Chamber

Michel Garcia, the chairman of the Investigatory Chamber of the FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association) Ethics Committee and Cornel Borbély, the deputy chairman, delivered to the Adjudicatory Chamber a 350 page report on the inquiry into the bidding process for the attribution of the 2018 (Russia) and 2022 (Qatar) World Cups, on 05/09/2014.

"The report sets forth detailed factual findings; reaches conclusions concerning further action with respect to certain individuals; identifies issues to be referred to other FIFA committees; and makes recommendations for future bidding processes," said the international federation on 05/09/2014.

"In accordance with the FIFA Code of Ethics, the Adjudicatory Chamber will now make a final decision on the report and supplementary reports, including publication," added the international federation.
