Stade Brestois 29: presentation of the future Espace Froutven (15,000 seats/€85m), delivery in 2026

Stade Brestois 29 (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) has presented its stadium project, baptised "Espace Froutven", on 30/03/2022. Designed in the shape of a boat, this future stadium, which will be built in Guipavas (in the metropolis of Brest, Finistère, FRA) and whose delivery is scheduled for 2026, will be able to accommodate 15,000 spectators, a capacity equivalent to that of the current Stade Francis Le Blé (15,150 capacity). The total cost of the project is estimated at €85m.

This infrastructure will have four stands: a "general public" stand with 6,800 seats, a "VIP" stand with 4,200 seats and two with 2,000 seats each. Of the 15,000 seats available, 11,800 will be accessible to the general public and 3,200 will be reserved for the club's partners. The stadium, which will be built in the heart of a 33,350 m² green field, will also have a 9,000 m² forecourt, a 2,000 m² area dedicated to indoor leisure activities (in particular esports) and 1,450 outdoor parking spaces.
