The FA: intermediary and agents' fees paid by clubs from 02/02/2021 to 31/01/2022 (£323.22m)

The Football Association has published "the fees and transactions involving intermediaries registered in England as required by FIFA's Regulations on Working with Intermediaries (available to download)," announced the English body on 31/03/2022.

These documents (available to download) include:
• "The total payments (£323.22m) made by clubs in the Premier League, EFL (Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One, Sky Bet League Two) and National League system to intermediaries registered in England from 02/02/2021 to 31/01/2022
• The single payments involving each Intermediary registered in England from 02/02/2021 to 31/01/2022."

In the Premier League, Manchester City FC was the club that spent the most on intermediary and agents' fees during the period, with a total of £35.04m spent, followed by Manchester United FC (£29.04m) and Chelsea FC (£28.2m). Brentford FC promoted to the top flight for the 2021-22 season, was the club that spent the least, with a total of £3.49m.

In the Sky Bet Championship, Fulham FC spent the most on intermediary and agents' fees from 02/02/2021 to 31/01/2022…
