UFC: Crypto.com enables fans to award cryptocurrency bonuses to their favourite fighters

Crypto.com has activated its partnership with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (mixed martial arts) to allow fans to award cryptocurrency bonuses to fighters "paid in bitcoin (BTC)" and "based on the exchange rate in US dollars," announced the crypto-asset company on 07/04/2022. This activation programme, which only applies to major monthly pay-per-view events, was launched at UFC 273 on 09/04/2022.

"The new Fan Bonus of the Night will feature three bitcoin bonuses that will be awarded to the top three fighters appearing on each UFC pay-per-view as decided by fans voting from all over the world. The bitcoin payouts will range from $30,000 (€27,513) for first place, $20,000 (€18,342) for second place, and $10,000 (€9,171) for third place," explained the company founded in Singapore in 2016.
