RMC Sport: launch of a channel broadcasting football matches and MMA fights on Twitch

The French pay-TV bouquet RMC Sport (Altice France group) has launched a free channel on the streaming platform Twitch on 07/04/2022.

The channel will broadcast more than 50 live sports events per year: football matches (Europa League, Europa Conference League and Liga Portugal Bwin matches) and MMA (mixed martial arts) fights. In addition to sports events, RMC Sport offers a daily programme from 17:00 to 21:00 CET.

The first match broadcast live was Feyenoord Rotterdam (Eredivisie) - SK Slavia Prague (CZE) in the Europa League Conference followed by SC de Braga (LaLiga Portugal Bwin) - Rangers FC (cinch Premiership) in the Europa League on Thursday 07/04/2022. A peak audience of 8,100 viewers was recorded on this first night.
