MLB (baseball): YouTube renews partnership and will broadcast 15 regular season games in 2022

Major League Baseball (MLB) and the free video content platform YouTube have renewed their partnership for the fourth consecutive season, according to the North American league on 14/04/2022. With the return of the "MLB Game of the Week Live on YouTube", the social platform will broadcast 15 games during the 2022 regular season.

"Fans will be able to access each broadcast for free from anywhere, simply by tuning into MLB's YouTube channel, or for YouTube TV members, on a dedicated channel via the app. Back for 2022 is the 'YouTube Player of the Game', where fans watching on mobile devices and computers can vote for the standout player, who will receive a trophy during the postgame show," explained the MLB.
