Azerbaijani Elkhan Mammadov, born on 18/06/1979, has been appointed as director member associations Europe at FIFA effective from 01/05/2022, announced the world body on 20/04/2022: Mammadov "will be based in Paris (Hôtel de la Marine, Place de la Concorde, 8th arrondissement) with the FIFA Member Associations team."
