Tennis: Renault (car manufacturer), first brand to appear on the nets at Roland-Garros (2022-2026)

Renault, a French car manufacturer, has become a premium partner (second level) of Roland-Garros "for an initial period of five years" i.e. for the 2022-2026 period, announced the French Tennis Federation (FFT) on 28/04/2022. The 2022 edition of the French Grand Slam tournament will be held at the Porte d'Auteuil in Paris (FRA) from 22/05 to 05/06/2022.

The Renault logo will be displayed on the nets of the five main courts at Roland-Garros (Philippe-Chatrier, Suzanne-Lenglen, Simonne-Mathieu, No. 7 and No. 14), a first in the history of Roland-Garros. The "RG" logo was displayed on this area during the 2020 and 2021 editions of the tournament. As for the other Grand Slam tournaments, the US Open and the Australian Open display Mercedes-Benz (since 2010, previously Lexus from 2004-2009) and Kia (since 2002) respectively on their nets, while those of Wimbledon are currently free of any sponsor.
