Premier League: record turnover of £433.2m (€543.1m) for Manchester United in 2013-14 (+19.3%)

Manchester United (Premier League) achieved a record turnover of £433.2m (€543.1m) during the 2014 fiscal year (from 01/07/2013 to 30/06/2014), a 19.3% increase compared to 2013 (£363.2m, €455.2m), the club announced on 10/09/2014.

The club's commercial revenues increased by 24.2% between 2013 and 2014 to reach the record figure of £189.3m (€237.3m) on 30/06/2014, compared to 152.5m (€191.1m) the previous year. The commercial revenues represent 43.7% of Manchester United's total revenues in 2014.

In 2014, the club announced three global sponsorship partnerships, 9 regional sponsorship partnerships and 8 financial services and telecom partnerships. These partnerships enabled the Red Devils to make a sponsorship revenue of £135.8m (€170.2m) in 2014, a £44.9m (€56.3m) increase, or + 49.4%, compared to 2013 (£90.9m, €114m).

With 31.3% of the total revenue in 2014, broadcasting revenues are the second greatest source of revenues for Manchester United with £135.8m (€170.2m) on 30/06/2014, or + 33.7%, compared to 2013 (£101.6m, €127.3m).
