Qatar 2022: nearly 130,000 rooms available (apartments, bungalows or cruise ships)

"For the 28 days of the 2022 World Cup, from Monday 21/11 to Sunday 18/12/2022, nearly 130,000 rooms will be available" for spectators, according to the organisers of the event, following the second ticket sales period, during which 23.5 million requests were registered from 05 to 28/04/2022.

"Each holder of a ticket for one of the 64 matches of the competition can go to the dedicated portal (see below) and book accommodation in private residences or in fan villages (campsites dedicated to fans)," explained the organisers of Qatar 2022.

"The available rooms, divided between private accommodation, hotels, cruise ships and camping areas, will allow all those who wish to come and enjoy the first World Cup organised in the Middle East," said the tournament's organisers.

"The State of Qatar will subsidise certain offers to ensure that all fans can afford to attend the World Cup, a commitment made by the host country when it was awarded the World Cup on 02/12/2010.
