Spain: BKT (tyres) extends as a global partner of LaLiga for 3 seasons (2022-2025)

Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT), an Indian off-road tyre manufacturer, has extended as a global partner of LaLiga for three additional seasons (2022-2025), announced the Spanish League on 09/05/2022.

BKT, in partnership with LaLiga since 2019-20, will continue to benefit from the status of global partner, the second level in LaLiga's sponsorship hierarchy (with Puma, EA Sports, Budweiser, Sorare and Socios.com). This type of global partnership is valued at around €8m per season, according to Spanish media.

BKT is also a partner of the LFP as the title sponsor of the Ligue 2 BKT for the 2020-2024 cycle - and previously the title sponsor of the discontinued Coupe de la Ligue BKT (2018-2020). The Indian brand is also title sponsor of the Serie B (Italian second division), which has been renamed the Serie BKT for the 2018-2024 cycle, since the initial signing of the partnership with the Lega Serie B on 22/06/2018 (extended on 11/02/2021).
