France: Thierry Braillard begins consultation with federations and leagues about litigation in sport

The objective of the meeting that was attended by federations of team sports (football, basketball, volley-ball, handball and rugby), by the French national leagues, by the CNOSF (the French Olympic Committee) and by the National Association of the professional sport leagues, as well as by Thierry Braillard, the French Secretary of State for Sport, was to initiate a consultation on a reform to simplify litigation in sport In France.
