DAZN Italy: creation of a customer service on WhatsApp following AGCOM injunction

The Italian Competition Authority (AGCOM) has announced that the OTT platform DAZN Italy has made several commitments to improve its customer service, including the creation of a dedicated communication service via WhatsApp, on 12/05/2022.

The commitments made by DAZN follow a sanction procedure by AGCOM against the platform for failing to adequately respond to an order from the regulator to improve its customer service by January 2022.
