Serie A TIM: American tyre manufacturer Goodyear extends contract with Juventus through 2016-17

The American tyre manufacturer Goodyear extended its contract with Juventus (Serie A TIM) through 2016-17, the club announced on 16/09/2014.

The new partnership includes greater collaboration on social networks. The manufacturer wants to build on the international popularity of the Italian club, which has 13.9m fans on Facebook, 1.4m followers on Twitter and 300,000 fans on its YouTube channel. Goodyear wants to stage several players in viral videos to reach this important fan base.

The American company will continue to be displayed on the advertising boards during the fixtures played in Juventus Stadium (capacity 41,000). Goodyear will also benefit from hospitality packages and will organise contests to reward its clients.
