Real Madrid CF: adidas home shirt unveiled and partnership with Emirates extended for 2022-23

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) and its German equipment supplier adidas have unveiled the club's home shirt for the 2022-23 season on 16/05/2022.

This new shirt still features the 'Fly Emirates' logo. The partnership between Real Madrid and Emirates was originally due to expire at the end of 2021-22, but the United Arab Emirates airline has agreed to remain the 2021-22 Spanish champions' main shirt sponsor for at least a 10^th season (2022-23).

The agreement between both parties is still estimated at €70m per season, as over the 2018-2022 cycle. Real Madrid generated €278.48m in sponsorship revenue in 2020-21.

As part of this partnership, Emirates has benefited from exclusive sponsorship exposure on Real Madrid's kits since 2013-14. No other brand, apart from the equipment supplier, can be visible on the club's shirts or training kits.
