The Malaysian bank Maybank extended its regional partnership with Manchester United (Barclays Premier League) through 2018-19, the club announced on 18/09/2014. The company has been a sponsor of MU since 2011.

Maybank is the English club's exclusive bank in Malaysia, Singapore and in the Philippines. It will use the club's image and that of its players for its communications in these three countries. The bank will also launch contests for its customers to win tie-in products, as well as tickets to watch the team play in Old Trafford. Maybank will continue to offer a Manchester United branded credit card.
