2021-22 Serie A TIM: AC Milan claim their 19^th Italian top flight title

AC Milan have been crowned 2021-22 Italian champions after beating US Sassuolo Calcio 3-0 on Matchday 38, final matchday of the Serie A TIM on Sunday 22/05/2022. The club ended the season with 86 points, two more than second-placed FC Inter Milan, who also won 3-0 versus UC Sampdoria at the San Siro (Milan, ITA).

This is the 19^th Italian top flight title for AC Milan, who had not won the Serie A since 2010-11.

AC Milan join Inter, who won their 19^th title in 2020-21, as the second most successful club in Italy. Juventus FC remain at the top of the table with a total of 38 titles.
