Formula 1: 1.26 million viewers for the Monaco Grand Prix on Canal+

The Formula One Monaco Grand Prix, the seventh race of the 2022 season, won by Mexico's Sergio Perez (Red Bull Racing), drew an average of 1.26 million viewers, with a peak audience of 1.47 million, in France, on the pay-TV channel Canal+ on Sunday 29/05/2022 (race start at 16:05 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Médiamétrie.

Canal+ has held the broadcasting rights to Formula 1 since 2013, and extended its rights until 2029, on 06/04/2022.

The Formula One Spanish Grand Prix, the sixth race of the 2022 season, won by Dutchman Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing), had drawn an average of 1.11 million viewers on Canal+ on Sunday 22/05/2022 (race start at 15:00 CET), according to Médiamétrie.
