Nations League/UEFA qualifiers: DAZN renews rights in Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Japan

DAZN has renewed its rights to broadcast UEFA qualifiers (for Euro 2024 and the 2026 World Cup) and the Nations League in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Japan, announced the sports streaming platform on 27/05/2022.

In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, these rights are exclusive (with the exception of the first choice broadcast on a delayed basis, matches of the German, Austrian and Swiss national teams respectively) and cover the 2022-2026 cycle (Nations League, Euro 2024 qualifiers, 2026 World Cup qualifiers, friendlies, Finalissima).

In Japan, these rights are exclusive and cover the 2022-2028 cycle (the same competitions + Euro 2028 qualifiers).

DAZN previously held these rights, marketed by the Swiss agency CAA Eleven, for the 2018-2022 cycle.
