Stade de France incidents: "35,000 people with counterfeit tickets or without tickets" (FFF)

"75,000 people were supposed to have come to the Stade de France. However, the FFF found that 110,000 people had turned up. These 35,000 additional people, in possession of counterfeit tickets or without tickets, caused public disorder by blocking the access gates to the stadium and preventing some holders of real tickets from entering before the kick-off of the match scheduled for 21:00," stated the French Football Federation in a press release published on 31/05/2022, almost 72 hours after the incidents around the Stade de France during the Champions League final between Liverpool FC (Premier League) and Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) (0-1), whose kick-off was delayed by 35 minutes on 28/05/2022.
