Roland-Garros 2022: 4.6 million viewers for the men's final on France 2

The 2022 Roland-Garros men's tennis final, won by Spain's Rafael Nadal versus Norway's Casper Ruud (6-3, 6-3, 6-0), drew an average of 4.6 million viewers in France, with a peak audience of 6.4 million, on the public TV channel France 2 (France Télévisions) on Sunday 05/06/2022 (from 15:00 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Médiamétrie.

This figure represented an audience share of 39.4% for the channel belonging to the France Télévisions group and placed it at the top of the French audiovisual market for the time slot.

The final was also broadcast on the VoD platform Prime Video (Amazon), whose audience figures have not been communicated.

The men's 2021 Roland-Garros final won by Serbia's Novak Djokovic versus Greece's Stéfanos Tsitsipás (6-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4), drew an average of 4.43 million viewers on France 2 on Sunday 13/06/2021 (from 15:00 CET). Audience share: 36.4%.

In the women's final, Poland's Iga Świątek's victory over Britain's Cori Gauff (6-1, 6-3) drew an average of 2.1 million viewers, with a peak audience of 3.1 million, on France 2 on…
