Roland-Garros: Engie (energy) renews as an official partner for three additional years

Engie, a French industrial energy group, has renewed its role as an official partner of Roland-Garros for three additional years, on 04/06/2022.

"Since 2014, Engie has accompanied the Grand Slam tournament and, since 2016, has supplied the stadium's facilities with 100% renewable green electricity. It guarantees the FFT's facilities (Stade Roland-Garros, Porte Molitor National Training Centre and the Stade Jean-Bouin) the supply of electricity guaranteed to be of 100% renewable origin and derived mainly from hydraulic and solar production," stated Engie on 04/05/2022.

Thanks to the "Jouer sur la terre de Roland-Garros" (Play on the Roland-Garros clay) event, sponsored by Engie, a few lucky spectators had the privilege of treading on Court No. 8 at the Porte d'Auteuil on Saturday 21/05/2022 on the occasion of the Roland-Garros Children's Day (including 200 children from Fête Le Mur, a charity set up by Yannick Noah and supported by the Engie Foundation). This operation was renewed from Thursday 02 to Sunday 05/06/2022 on the same court.
