Champions League: four lots for the 2024-2027 TV rights tender in France

The call for tenders for the broadcasting rights, in France, to the Champions League over the 2024-2027 cycle, launched by UEFA via the agency TEAM Marketing, contains four lots, two of which are premium, according to the French sports daily L'Équipe on 03/06/2022.

The four lots in the call for tenders for the new format Champions League are as follows:
• The top Tuesday night fixture (17 matches per season), with highlights of the other matches and a magazine
• 24 matches per season, including playoff matches, the final pay-per-view, the top fixture on Wednesday and Thursday (one per season for Thursday)
• The other matches broadcast on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (166 in total)
• The final (free-to-air).

The call for tenders was launched on 31/05/2022 with a deadline of 29/06/2022 (11:00 CET). France and the UK were the first markets to be included in the tender for the new 2024-2027 cycle.
