FIFA has launched a call for tenders for the UK broadcasting rights to the Women's World Cup 2023 (hosted by Australia and New Zealand) on 09/06/2022.

"Media companies and organisations wishing to participate in the tender process can request the ITT by email. Interested parties should contact UK-media-rights@fifa.org. Bid submissions to FIFA must be received by 11:00 CET on Tuesday, 12/07/2022," said FIFA.

"The Women's World Cup France 2019 - attracted a record audience of over 1.1 billion viewers and smashed domestic viewing figures in many territories, including the UK, where a peak audience of 11.7 million viewers was reached for the semi-final between England and the USA (broadcast by the BBC) - the top sports audience of the year," added FIFA.
