Eintracht Frankfurt - FC Bayern Munich: the 2021-22 Europa League winners versus the German champions will be the opening match of the 60^th Bundesliga season at the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt (GER) on Friday, 05/08/2022 at 20:30 CET, announced the DFL, which published the 2022-23 Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga fixture lists on 17/06/2022 (documents available to download).

This 103^rd match between the two clubs will be broadcast live on DAZN as well as free-to-air on SAT.1.

The 2022-23 2.Bundesliga season will have begun three weeks earlier, on Friday 15/07/2022, with a match between promoted side 1. FC Kaiserslautern and Hannover 96. The match will be broadcast on Sky and the free-TV channel SAT.1.
