• The American group Friedkin, owner of AS Roma (Serie A TIM), has launched a public tender offer on 13/06/2022 (until 08/07/2022) in order to recover as many of the club's shares as possible that it does not already own, and to take the club off the stock market.
• The Football Association has introduced new names and visual identities for the two English women's professional leagues: Barclays Women's Super League and Barclays Women's Championship.
• Cazoo (vehicle e-commerce), main partner of Everton FC (Premier League), will donate £43,000 (€50,345) to the club's Foundation from goals scored during the 2021-22 season, to support its mental health programmes.
• L'Équipe group will broadcast the Men's Euro U19 (18/06 to 01/07/2022), Women's Euro U19 (27/06 to 09/07/2022) and the Sud Ladies Cup (international football tournament featuring U20 women's national teams, 22 to 28/06/2022) in France.
• Uber Eats (meal delivery service) has become the main shirt sponsor of Eintracht Spandau (LEC) for the Summer Split 2022.
