FFF/federal assembly: a balanced provisional budget "in the context of recovery from the crisis"

"With €266.4m in revenue (plus €0.8m in exceptional income) and €267.2m in expenditure, Philippe Diallo, the delegate vice-president, presented a balanced budget for 2022-23 at the federal assembly held in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes)," said the French Football Federation on 18/06/2022.

"After two seasons impacted by a restrictive health situation (Covid-19), it is in an optimistic state of mind that the FFF's action plan and the resulting budget have been drawn up. This context of recovery from the crisis has enabled certain elements to return to the green and to return to a level of turnover close to that before the health crisis," declared Philippe Diallo at the federal assembly.

"The resources devoted to amateur football will increase from 37% to 40% of the FFF's forecast revenue, i.e. €101.1m, a historic amount (see below); those devoted to elite football will remain stable at 34% (excluding the Coupe de France/6%)," explained the FFF.

The 2022-23 provisional budget was adopted by the federal assembly with 94.27% of the votes.
