United Kingdom: Now TV, TV on-demand from BSkyB, now available on Apple TV

Now TV, a TV channel availabe both on-demand and live from the British pay-TV group BSkyB, is now available in the UK on Apple TV since 24/09/2014.

Apple TV is a box that allows viewers to watch, on their TV, the contents of their multimedia iTunes library as well as a selection of movies and other programs on-demand (for which they must pay).

Now TV allows viewers to watch, on-demand, through a monthly subscription with no time commitment, a selection of entertainment programs broadcast by Sky TV, such as on-demand movies, and viewers can also subscribe to day program of live Sky Sports channels for £6.99 a day (about 9 €).

Sky Sports broadcasts, in the UK and Ireland, the Barclays Premier League, the Football League (English 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th Divisions), the Champions League, La Liga BBVA (ESP) and the Eredivisie (HOL). In addition to the Apple TV platform, Now TV is accessible via its own specific case (Now TV Box), as well as via iPad (tablet) and iPhone (smartphone).

The service is also available on computer, on some Android smartphones, consoles from Sony and Microsoft games…
