Paris FC: Sport Bridges Venture (French & American investor consortium), new minority shareholder

Sport Bridges Venture (SBV), a consortium of French and American investors, is acquiring a minority stake in Paris FC (Ligue 2 BKT), announced the club on 28/06/2022. SBV is reported to have obtained around 9% of the Parisian club for €3m, according to the French sports daily L'Équipe. Pierre Ferracci, the club's president, who held around 57% of the shares before the transaction, remains the majority shareholder.
