Wimbledon: Sky Italia renews its broadcasting rights in Italy until 2026

Sky Italia has renewed its exclusive broadcasting rights to Wimbledon in Italy until 2026, announced the pay-TV operator on 27/06/2022.

The rights, which have been extended through the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (AELTC), allow Sky Italia to broadcast the tournament's matches on its channels as well as on the streaming platform NOW. The operator had previously extended these rights until 2022, on 24/07/2018.

Sky Italia also acquired, for the first time, the broadcasting rights to the Davis Cup qualifiers and finals until 2024, on 08/06/2022.

• Sky Italia holds the broadcasting rights to the following tennis tournaments for the rest of 2022:
  
  • Wimbledon (until 10/07/2022);
  • Masters 1000 in Montreal (from 7 to 14/08/2022), Cincinnati (from 14 to 21/08/2022), Shanghai (from 9 to 16/10/2022) and Paris (from 31/10 to 06/11/2022);
  • Intesa Sanpaolo Next Gen ATP Finals (08 to 12/11/2022);
  • Nitto ATP Finals (from 13 to 20/11/2022) ;
  • Davis Cup (group stage from 14 to 18/09/2022 and finals from 23 to 27/11/2022).
