Jeff Slack leaves IMG to join TOK.tv, developper of second screen mobile applications

The American Jeff Slack has become a partner and the executive vice-president of TOK.tv, a company specialising in second screen mobile applications, the California-based company announced on 24/09/2014.

Since June 2009, Jeff Slack was the vice-president of the media rights and marketing agency IMG, for whom he was responsible for all soccer activities. At IMG, he was mainly in charge of the launch of the Indian Super League, the professional league of Indian football, which debuted on 21/10/2013 in partnership with the Indian petrochemical conglomerate Reliance Industries and Indian broadcaster Star India. The 2014-15 season of the Indian Super League will kick-off on 12/10/2014.

Within IMG, Jeff Slack also managed the partnership between the agency and the Chinese Super League, the Chinese professional football league. Prior to joining IMG, he served as the general director of Inter Milan (Serie A TIM), between September 2000 and October 2004, and he was the executive vice-president for Europe for the media rights agency Wasserman, from July 2005 to May 2009.
