FIGC: the fragility of the Italian football ecosystem highlighted in the "ReportCalcio 2022"

"Sporting successes, including victory at Euro 2020, problems in the football ecosystem, accounts in the red aggravated by the health situation, the never-ending question of the lack of infrastructure, poor use of young talent in the upper divisions: this is what emerges from the 12^th edition of the 'ReportCalcio'," announced the FIGC on 13/07/2022, without immediately mentioning Italy's absence from the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, four years after the country failed to qualify for the 2018 edition in Russia.

This annual report (see below) is produced by the Italian Football Federation's Study Centre, in collaboration with AREL (Agenzia di Ricerche e Legislazione/Agency for Research and Legislation) and PwC Italia (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
